  • I was referred to Blade Chevrolet by North Cascade Ford where I just purchased a 2010 Tahoe. Radio not working, had to be replaced, dipstick tube was cracked & had to be replaced, replaced transmission line that was leaking, replaced the cooler lines. Radio was shorting out & replaced. Which meant I brought my Tahoe in 4 weeks in a row to have these repairs done. Each time Jay Norton, service consultant, explained in detail what needed to be replaced & how long it would take to fix. At no time did I feel I was being taken advantaged of. As I'm a widow & no little about cars. Jay was very courteous & gave me a Service Recommendation Intervals List. Told me when having a lube, oil filter done, they wash & vacuum your car.!
